Facility Manager – In this position you will be handling the day-to-day operations of the facility including marketing your facility to prospective tenants, matching units to their needs with an emphasis on courteous, professional customer service. You will rent units, collect payments, be responsible for collection calls, and all other aspects of customer service. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: keeping a clean and neat office area and facility, cleaning and spraying storage units upon a tenant’s vacating, minor facility maintenance, reporting necessary supplies, repairs and needs of the facility to the appropriate person, making daily bank deposits and making sure all correspondence is mailed in a timely basis.

Other requirements of the position include, but are not limited to: performing physical duties including regularly lifting and/or moving objects up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds. Managers must have a current, valid Florida driver license. Must have sufficient computer experience to easily utilize email and our industry-specific software programs. Must adhere to company policies and procedures as outlined in the manager’s manual and as advised by supervisors. A positive outlook, excellent people skills and eagerness to grow the facility and undertake facility upkeep are necessary to the position.

Relief Manager – You will have the same requirements and responsibilities as the Facility Manager only on a part time basis.

Maintenance Team – Duties and qualifications will include, but not be limited to: All around maintenance and mechanical ability. You must be a self starter and able to follow direction. A schedule is always planned, but due to the nature of the position, you must be adaptable to changes. You must have a current, valid Florida driver license with a good record. Because you will be in constant contact with our customers, “people skills” are important to your position as well as an acceptable appearance. The position includes lifting, sometimes heavy lifting, bending and climbing. Therefore, physical agility and dexterity are needed.
