She is so friendly and professional, She took her time to explain the lease terms with me and once again she answered my questions. "I have never had any issues with any units here other than the prices seem to have gone up a few times in the last few years. I've been at the Christina location in south Lakeland for around 10 years. I've rented at least one 10x10 sometimes 2 or more. I've had a 10x20 for years now and it seems it took a while for one to come available. If I remember I asked and they let me know when one came available. I've never had any issues to any of the storage units that I've had here. Never had any water leaks or flooding that was outside or inside the units, even during hurricane Irma. Seems like there is usually a different person in office whenever I went it to add or subtract units. Which has been maybe 4 or 5 times. I used to have 24 hour access when I first moved in and when I was storing business stuff and I believe you can still call them and get 24 hour access if needed."
